11 am – Attended Fancy Frock ribbon-cutting ceremony. This was my first in an on-going series of “highly encouraged” appearances. The unique selection of gowns and dresses made me want to say “Yes” to all of the dresses. Honorary Mayor candidates are encouraged to attend all chamber functions and to promote Shop Local First. 3 pm – Later in the day I attended the Pet Halloween Costume Contest hosted by East-West Animal Hospital at Seneca Apartments in Lutz. This is FUN!
